FoundIt acts solely as a discovery hub and community message board. We do not inspect, verify, or hold physical custody of any lost or found items. FoundIt makes no guarantees regarding the accuracy of reports, the true ownership of claimed items, or the successful recovery of any registered pet or piece of property.

3. Safe Interactions

If you connect with another user to return an item, you assume all responsibility for your personal safety. We strongly advise meeting during daylight hours in public, well-lit spaces (such as a local police station lobby or active retail shopping center) and bringing a friend.
