Lost Cat near 4th Ave & Bell St, Belltown, Seattle, Washington, United States

Stolen black cat named Ellipsis (also responds to Ipsy) with a white dot on the upper chest and a larger one on the lower belly. The cat was taken from a Belltown apartment at the corner of 4th and Bell after someone cut the window mesh and opened the window. The suspect is described as an older, drugged-out looking homeless blonde woman. The cat is 11 years old, very skinny, and requires medication. The photo shows a black cat with green-yellow eyes.
