Lost female short-haired white cat with black circles on Lummi Island. Photos show the cat is white with large, distinct black spots/patches on its back and sides, and a black mask-like patch covering the ears and top of its head, leaving the muzzle white. The tail is also black, and the cat is not wearing a collar in the photos.
