Found two dogs abandoned in a bin on Teton Drive, West Redding. One male (approx. 5 years old) and one female (approx. 8 years old). Visual inspection confirms two small-to-medium sized dogs: one is a light-colored/tan terrier or terrier-mix with a wiry coat, and the other is a darker-colored, possibly black-and-tan, short-haired dog.
