Item Description Details:
Found small scruffy-haired dog with black fur and brindle brown markings on its legs and face. The dog has large dark eyes, a small white patch on its chin, and one ear that stands more upright than the other. It was found near the Bethune Empowerment Center and is being cared for by Houston Cares Rescue.
