Found black and tan shepherd mix dog with tan markings on the face, muzzle, chest, and legs, wearing a dark collar. The dog was seen wandering and is too skittish to read the collar tags. A referenced post in the screenshots also reports a similar skittish female shepherd cross with a red collar spotted at County Road 20 at the big bend.
